One year lease required but if you stay one year, VBR guarantees this rate in dollars and will not increase for the life of guest (65 above).
RETIREMENT PACKAGE B Retire at Virgin Beach Resort for only P5,000 per Month! Superior Room single occupancy plus utility package of P3,000 per month. Second person add P2,000 per month for a total of P10,000 per month. One year lease required and check in payment of 6 months rent.
