3. A voucher for your dates and rooms will be issued to payee.
4. Voucher may only be used by payee (proper I.D. must be shown).
5. Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
In other words, you either "use it or loose it".
6. Reservation will only be taken for up to one year in advance.
